EXERCISE REGULARLY!

Current recommendations are 30 minutes of moderate exercise 5 days per week. 

  • Walk whenever you can – take the stairs instead of the escalator.
  • If you normally sit all day at work – get up every hour or so and walk around. 
  • If you are pressed for time, you can get similar results in shorter time using high intensity interval training.
